Executive Board

   

          
   
 
 
The Executive Board shall meet at least once yearly and shall exercise all the powers of the General Meeting, save when the latter is in session.
 
Functions of the Executive Board:
i)        Consider all matters included in the agenda of the General Meeting;
ii)       Prepare and recommend the budget and scales of subscriptions for adoption by the General Meeting;
iii)      Carry out other functions delegated to it by the General Meeting;
iv)      Take any such steps as may be necessary to further the aims of the "FAIR" and to implement the decisions of the General Meeting, and
v)       Decide on admission to membership.
 
Election of the Executive Board:
The President and the two Vice-Presidents are ex-officio members of the Executive Board. In addition, twelve other members of the Executive Board shall be eligible for re-election. The General Meeting may co-opt other members preserving the equal representation of the two continents.
